Flat roofs need the right system, fitted properly, with details that stand up to Irish weather. We install flat roofing across Dublin and nationwide for residential and commercial projects, from small extensions to larger multi-area rooftops.
Flat Roofing Built to Last in Irish Weather
Flat roofs are widely used on commercial buildings, and they’re also a smart, tidy option for homes, extensions, and dormers. When the roof is built properly, you get a neat finish and strong protection from wind and rain, with a surface that can also suit insulation upgrades and improved drainage.
There isn’t one “best” flat roof for every job. A small domestic roof over an extension isn’t judged the same way as a larger commercial roof with regular foot traffic, so we match the system to the job. When flat roofs fail, it’s typically at the details rather than the open areas, around outlets, edges, changes in level, and upstands.
On a warm roof build-up, the insulation is installed over the roof deck. This keeps the deck and structure on the warm side of the build-up, helping to reduce heat loss. In practical terms, rooms below tend to feel more consistent in temperature across the year.
Our Approach
From first survey to final finish, we keep flat roofing straightforward and well managed. We work with residential and commercial clients nationwide, planning each job carefully and setting out what’s involved before anything starts on site.
We use systems we trust and install them to the correct specification. With flat roofs, issues tend to start in the same places: drainage, outlets, edges, and junctions around walls and pipework. That’s where we focus the detail, because that’s what keeps the roof performing long term.

Flat Roof Installation & Replacement
Some customers come to us for a new flat roof. Others call because water has started getting in, or because the same leak keeps coming back. Either way, we keep it clear from the start. We assess what’s there, find the real weak point, and then recommend the option that makes sense for the roof and your budget.
